We will not open any exterior door(s) on a home, auto, business, or office without confirmation of ownership or proper trustee paperwork in the event of an estate or guardianship. 

Locks & More verifies property ownership via Mass land records. 

We will open offices if you have a Massachusetts picture ID and your name is clearly printed on the door.
